Numerical Control Carbon Dioxide Stunning Machine for Live Pig
Use: For stunning of live pig with chemical method. The machine can meet the requirements of animal welfare.
Main Functions and Characteristics:
1. The machine can realize continuity in stunning of live pig based on the principle of chain-type cage hoist. It has high efficiency in automatic grouping and charging of pigs. 6-8 pigs can be kept in each cage;
2. The stunning method can reduce the tension of pig and eliminate the influence on quality of meat caused by the stress reaction resulted from electrical stunning. There’s no limit in size of pig. No congestion and broken bone can be found after the slaughter. The occurrence of PSE can be obviously reduced. The machine will not result in damages to the pig.
