Function : It is used to burn the Remnants of hair after de-hair process,also have high temperature sterilization effect.

Introduction:

      1.Machine adopts PLC automatic control,This equipment can realize automatic ignition, automatic control of the size of the flame, and singeing time.We can control the cost of this process easily.

      2. There are 4pcs gas / air mixing column, this column is provided with 28 special flame nozzle. It can make the furnace flame temperature up to 1000-1100, carcass could get effective sterilization. 

      3.There is a chimney, avoid fire smoke polluted the workshop.

Equipment main materials and configuration:

                  1. The frame is made of  60 x 60 x 2.5mm S304,the shield’s thickness is 2mm S304 plate.

                  2.Equipped with 1 automatic ignition device.

                  3.The inside is provided with a stainless steel anti hot plate.

                  4.One PLC and protection system control box .

                  5.a set of gas tank .

                  6.Equipped with a track cooling device.

                  7.It equipped with a stainless steel collecting hood, chimney, chimney height is determined according to the height of the workshop.
